In order to determine the thickness of the final lining at any point, it is necessary to have the geo-referenced surface of the primary lining intrados, which can be provided as a dxf or dwg file. The figure illustrates an example of shotcrete intrados. The density of the mesh can be set based on the client’s specifications.
A two-dimensional geo-referenced profile at any requested stationing may also be provided in dwg or dxf format.
The surface of the primary lining intrados may also be used to accurately calculate the necessary volume of concrete for the cast-in-place lining between any specified stationing. This allows for the exact determination of the amount of concrete to be ordered for any given pour.
